The Eastern Peripheral Expressway (EPE), also known as the Kundli–Ghaziabad–Palwal (KGP) Expressway, is a 135-km, 6-lane expressway that forms the eastern half of the ring road encircling Delhi, alongside the Western Peripheral Expressway (WPE). It passes through Haryana and Uttar Pradesh, connecting key districts like Sonipat, Baghpat, Ghaziabad, Noida, and Faridabad. • 8 railway overbridges (ROBs)

• 8 toll plazas and 3 flyovers

Residential Property:

EPE is a growing residential hotspot in NCR with high demand in Ghaziabad, Greater Noida, Faridabad, Sonipat, and Baghpat. • Bilakbarpur (Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh)

• Maujpur (Faridabad, Haryana)

• Chhajju Nagar (Palwal, Haryana)

The expressway uses a closed tolling system with charges based on distance and vehicle type. Electronic toll collection (FASTag) is implemented for smooth transactions.
