How to Pay Dues and Penalty Online for Builder Properties on Yamuna Expressway

For Builder Allottee

Before Starting the Process – KYA Registration

KYA Registration for builder property (Builder Property mean purchase property from builder)

First, you must register for KYA (Know Your Allottee).

Documents Required for KYA Registration (Builder Allottee):-

1. Application

2. Pan card copy with self-attested 

3. Adhar card copy with self-attested

4. Allotment /builder buyer agreement copy 

5. Possession Letter copy 

6. Registry copy 

7. Mob.no Link with Adhar card 

8. E-Mail Id

Steps of KYA Registration:

Step 1: Visit the official website of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority (YEIDA).

Step 2: Scroll down to find the Services section. Then click on Online Allottee Payment Service.

Step 3: After clicking, you will be redirected to another page. Here, you will see four options. From these, click on KYA for Builder Allottee (New Registration).

Step 4:  You will be redirected to the next page, where you need to fill in your property details. Where first, select the builder's name from the dropdown menu.

Step 5: After selecting the builder's name, you will be redirected to the next page, where you need to fill in details such as:

• Allotment Number

• Aadhaar Number. 

Then click on send OTP.

Step 6:

• An OTP will be sent to the mobile number linked with your Aadhaar card.

• Enter the OTP to proceed.

• You’ll now be redirected to the registration form.

Step 7:

On the registration form, fill in all the required details:

• Property Name

• Mobile Number

• Email ID

• Address

• Upload your Signature

• Upload your Allotment Letter

Then tick the Declaration Box and Click on Submit

Step 8:

After submitting the form, a second OTP will be sent for final verification. Enter this OTP to complete the process.

Once verified, you will receive your Username and Password on your mobile number via SMS.

After that Your KYA Registration is now successfully completed

For Construction Penalty

Step 1: Again, Visit the official website of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority.

Step 2: Scroll down to find the Services section. Then click on Online Allottee Payment Service.

Step 3: Use these to login by entering the allotment number, password, and captcha.

Step 4: Once logged in, you’ll be redirected to your Dashboard.

Step 5: Click on Make New Payment.

Step 6: Fill in all the required payment code 38 (For construction penalty) and pay amount, then click Pay Now.

Step 7: You will be redirected to a new page where a list of bank names will be shown.

Step 8: Select your bank, fill in the required bank/payment gateway details, and complete the payment process.

For SDS Transfer

Step 1: Again, Visit the official website of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority.

Step 2: Scroll down to find the Services section. Then click on Online Allottee Payment Service.

Step 3: Use these to login by entering the allotment number, password, and captcha.

Step 4: Once logged in, you will be redirected to your Dashboard.

Step 5: Click on Make New Payment.

Step 6: Fill in all the required payment code 41 (For SDS Transfer) and pay amount, then click Pay Now.

Step 7: You will be redirected to a new page where a list of bank names will be shown.

Step 8: Select your bank, fill in the required bank/payment gateway details, and complete the payment process.

For Farmer Compensation

Step 1: Again, Visit the official website of Yamuna Expressway Industrial Development Authority.

Step 2: Scroll down to find the Services section. Then click on Online Allottee Payment Service.

Step 3: Use these to login by entering the allotment number, password, and captcha.

Step 4: Once logged in, you will be redirected to your Dashboard.

Step 5: Click on Make New Payment.

Step 6: Fill in all the required payment code 21 ( For Farmer Compensation) and pay amount, then click Pay Now.

Step 7: You will be redirected to a new page where a list of bank names will be shown.

Step 8: Select your bank, fill in the required bank/payment gateway details, and complete the payment process.

Note:- We have used SDS as an example here only for demo purposes. The same steps can be followed for other builders such as Gaur Groups, Greenbay, Jaypee, and others. The process remains the same across all listed builders on the YEIDA portal.
