Noida International Airport, popularly known as Jewar Airport, is one of India’s most exciting and ambitious infrastructure projects. Built to reduce the air traffic load from Delhi’s Indira Gandhi International Airport, it’s set to boost air connectivity across North India.
This mega project is being developed by Yamuna International Airport Private Limited (YIAPL), a 100% subsidiary of Zurich Airport International AG, under a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) model.
Designed with world-class technology, eco-friendly design, and efficient operations, the airport aims to become one of the largest airports in Asia and a game-changer for the region’s economy and travel experience.

Strategically located in Jewar, Gautam Buddha Nagar (Uttar Pradesh), the airport offers excellent connections to the National Capital Region (NCR).

• Phase 2 (2031–2032) – Capacity: 30 MPPA | Cost: Rs. 5,983 crores
• Phase 3 (2036–2037) – Capacity: 50 MPPA | Cost: Rs. 8,415 crores
• Phase 4 (2040–2050) – Capacity: 70 MPPA | Cost: Rs. 10,575 crores
• Total estimated investment: Rs. 29,561 crores
Each phase will include upgrades to runways, terminals, cargo handling units, and public access infrastructure, ensuring scalability and future-readiness.
