Work is progressing rapidly, led by Tata Projects Ltd., which is handling engineering, procurement, and construction.

• Phase 1 (2023–2027) – Capacity: 12 MPPA | Cost: Rs. 4,588 crores

• Phase 2 (2031–2032) – Capacity: 30 MPPA | Cost: Rs. 5,983 crores

• Phase 3 (2036–2037) – Capacity: 50 MPPA | Cost: Rs. 8,415 crores

• Phase 4 (2040–2050) – Capacity: 70 MPPA | Cost: Rs. 10,575 crores

• Total estimated investment: Rs. 29,561 crores

Each phase will include upgrades to runways, terminals, cargo handling units, and public access infrastructure, ensuring scalability and future-readiness.
